Email Manager Pro Importer

Importer feature allows you to import email lists from various sources into the database.

Help Button

The Help Button provides quick access to documentation and support. Use this to quickly return to this tutorial page that is specific to the importer feature.

Refresh Button

Click this to reload the importer view with the latest data. This will reset all data on the page, making it a quick way to clear everything and start fresh.

Save Button

This button saves certain data, which varies depending on the page. On the importer page, it doesn't save any data at the moment.

Select File Button

This button allows you to choose a file from your device for importing. When clicked, it opens the file picker so you can select the email list file, File format accept .txt, .csv, .xls, and .xlsx at the moment. After selecting a file, the file name will be displayed next to the button. and also header row will be displayed in the table. so you can select where a column should be mapped.

Import Button

After selecting a file, click this button to start the import process. It will first ask if you want to use a customs tag, this tags allow you to remember where the email list came from.

Pause Import Column

Use this button to temporarily pause the import process if needed. It allows you to review or modify settings before resuming.

Stop Import Column

This button stops the import process entirely. Once clicked, any ongoing import will be halted, letting you review the current progress.

Download Sample Column

Clicking this button downloads a sample file that demonstrates the correct format for email list imports. Use it as a template for your files.

Add More Column

Use this button to add additional columns to your import file, helping you map extra data fields during the import process.

Add Tag Option

This option lets you add tags to your email list entries, useful for categorizing contacts during the import process and also remember where the email list came from and easily isolate specific email list when sorting, verifing or exporting.

Matching Column Option

With this option, you can map each column in your import file to a column in the database, this make importing file of different format easier to import.

Contain Header Checkbox

This checkbox indicates whether your import file contains a header row. Enable it if the first row of your file is used for column titles.
