Sorter Components

Help Button

The Help Button provides quick access to documentation and support. Use this to quickly return to this tutorial page that is specific to the sorter feature.

Refresh Button

Click this to reload the sorter view with the latest data. This will reset all data on the page, making it a quick way to clear everything and start fresh.

Save Button

This button saves certain data, which varies depending on the page. On the sorter page, the thread count is the only data saved.

Select File Button

This button allows you to select a file containing email data for sorting. It opens a file picker dialog for you to choose the desired file.

Select From Database Button

This button enables you to select email records directly from the database for sorting, bypassing the file upload process.

Start Sorting Button

Clicking this button initiates the sorting process, which include checking domain to determine the software type associated with each email.

Cancel Sorting Button

Use this button to cancel an ongoing sorting process. It stops all sorting operations immediately.

Pause Sorting Button

This button temporarily pauses the sorting process, allowing you to review progress or modify settings before resuming.

Clear List Button

This button clears the current list of email records, providing a clean slate for a new sorting operation.

Export Result Button

Clicking this button exports the sorted email list, allowing you to download the result in your preferred format.

Thread Option

This option allows you to set the number of threads used for sorting, improving performance by leveraging multi-threading, The default number is determine by the number of your processor. You can increase of reduce this depending on the number of your processor and the speed of your internet.

Sort Software Checkmark

Check this option to sort emails by software criteria, like zimbra, roundcube, cpanel mail horde and so on, this only sort others by the software type.
