Meet your devices: what they are and what they do

Devices are worker machines that run your modules — crawling, verifying, sorting and mailing — on your own hardware and IPs.

A device is a small program that runs on a machine you control — your own server, a VPS, or even a spare PC. It connects out to Email Manager Pro, picks up work, and runs it locally. Nothing ever connects in to your machine.

Because the heavy lifting happens on your hardware and through your own IPs, you're never billed by email volume — you pick a plan based on how many devices and which modules you need.

What a device can run

  • Mailer — deliver campaigns through your own SMTP.
  • SMTP Checker — validate SMTP credentials.
  • Crawler — discover email addresses across domains.
  • Verifier — SMTP RCPT-TO email verification.
  • Sorter — categorise addresses by provider.
  • Domain Analyzer — fingerprint and cluster domains.

You decide which modules each device runs, and turn them on or off at any time from your Devices page. Ready to get one running? Start with how to buy a device.
