New to Email Manager Pro? Here's how the platform works — the control center, the devices you own, and how to get your own device running.

Email Manager Pro has two parts: the Manager — a control center in your browser where you organize data and queue work — and devices, lightweight workers you install on machines you own (a PC, a server, or a cloud VPS). The Manager decides what to do; devices do the actual work. Devices only make outbound connections — they poll the Manager for jobs — so you never open inbound ports.

Devices
Name Status Active Tasks Ports Last Seen
This is how a device appears on the Devices page once installed — with its live status, the tasks it's running, the outbound ports it can use, and when it was last seen. A device works whatever running task names it; install one from the Install app button there.

A device runs the modules you enable for it — remotely, from the Manager. Depending on what you turn on, a device can:

  • Extract — extract domains to discover email addresses.
  • Mail — deliver campaigns through your own SMTP servers.
  • Verify — confirm which mailboxes really exist.
  • Sort — bucket addresses by mail provider.
  • Analyze — fingerprint and analyze accounts.
  • SMTP Setup — provision a fresh mail server for you.

An enterprise email infrastructure platform. Build, clean, verify, classify and deliver email at scale — from one control center — powered by a fleet of devices you own. Your data, your sending and your results stay yours. See the features and pricing for details.

You need at least one machine to run a device — that can be a spare computer or a low-cost VPS. For sending, you deliver through SMTP servers you control; you can bring your own, or provision one automatically with the built-in SMTP Creator module.
