Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AMI Software LLC (operator of Email Manager Pro; “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Email Manager Pro platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your email address, a hashed password, and basic profile and billing details needed to provide and bill for the Service.

Customer data

The Service processes the data you import or generate — such as email addresses, domains, lists, and campaign content (“Customer Data”). You control this data; we process it on your behalf to operate the Service.

Usage and technical data

We collect logs, device and browser information, IP addresses, and analytics about how the Service is used, to keep it secure, reliable, and improving.

Device data

Devices you connect report operational metadata (such as version, running modules, and resource usage) to the control center so you can monitor and manage them.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To process transactions and manage your subscription and billing;
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms;
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers (e.g. hosting, payment processing, email verification providers) acting on our instructions under appropriate safeguards;
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5. Data retention

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may export or delete Customer Data at any time. We retain certain records as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and scoped API keys — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continuously improve our safeguards.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@emailmanager.pro.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Your responsibilities as a sender

When you use Email Manager Pro to collect, process, or send email, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact recipients and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws. You act as the controller of your Customer Data; Email Manager Pro acts as a processor.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
