How to connect your device

Connecting a device means installing the program on a machine and pointing it at your account with your connection key — a personal token that tells Email Manager Pro the device is yours.

The quick way

1. Go to your Devices page and click Install app.
2. Copy the one-line install command and run it on the target machine.
3. It downloads the app, writes the config (including your connection key and the Manager URL), and is ready to start.

The manual way

If you're setting up the device by hand, open its config.yaml and set:

• manager_base_url — the platform URL.
• manager_connection_key — your personal key, copied from your Profile page.

Keep your connection key private: anyone with it can run devices as you. You can rotate it from your Profile at any time. Next: start your device.
